These terms cover account access, subscriptions and one-time purchases, acceptable use, suspensions, and the general legal terms for using The Claw Bay.
By accessing or using The Claw Bay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Claw Bay provides account access, billing, API key management, setup tooling, and OpenAI-compatible access flows as described on the site. Features, plan limits, model availability, and service details may change over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.
Paid access may be offered as recurring subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other plan formats shown at checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any valid renewals or upgrades you select.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, payments are non-refundable after access has been granted.
You may not use The Claw Bay to break the law, abuse the service, interfere with other users, evade rate or access controls, attempt unauthorized access, resell access without permission, or violate the policies of upstream model providers or integrated tools.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is involved in fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, excessive operational harm, or a violation of these terms.
We work to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific model uptime, or that every feature will remain unchanged. We may modify, replace, or remove features as the product evolves.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Claw Bay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
